Materials: One set of worksheets for each student
Objective: The student will be able to solve problems involving derivatives.
Discussion: Topics include basic derivative formulas, implicit differentiation, table derivatives,
chain rule, logarithmic differentiation, and trigonometric derivatives.
The student must first solve the thirteen derivative problems.
Then the student must find the answers to the thirteen celebrity accomplishments.
The student must then match these two sets of answers.
Then the student must replace each numbered blank in the Age Quote below
with the letter corresponding to the answer for that problem.
The unnumbered blanks are all vowels.
