Here is a little different cross number puzzle.   No one clue will give you an answer, yet it is still possible to solve the puzzle.

Wayne had a busy weekend, and here he tells about himself, his family, and the weekend in his original VW Beetle.   The information should be enough to fill in the puzzle (actually, there are two correct solutions).

ACROSS
1.   His older brother's age.
3.   His father's age.
5.   The year of his VW.   (Hint: 1960 something ...)
7.   The number of gallons of gas that he used.
9.   His father's age when Wayne was 13.
12.   The square of his father's age.
14.   The distance he drove in two hours, at his average speed.
15.   His average miles per gallon gas consumption.

DOWN
1.   The total distance he drove, in miles.
2.   8 DOWN - 3 ACROSS.
4.   A number which is increased by nine when the digits are reversed.
5.   Half of Wayne's age.
6.   His average speed, in miles per hour.
8.   The distance driven in three hours at that speed.
9.   The square of his average miles per gallon.
10.   Another number like 4 DOWN.
11.   Twice his older brother's age.
13.   Wayne's age.
