Cross Proverbs is similar to a Cross Word Puzzle but words are inserted into the squares instead of letters.   Hidden in the 20 x 15 grid below are 22 well-known proverbs, 11 vertically and 11 horizontally.   The only clues that you are given are "key phrases" from each of the maxims.

HINT:
Hopefully, the 22 phrases above will trigger in your mind the well-known adage.
So, the first thing that you should do is to figure out the 22 proverbs.
Then notice that there is only one adage with 14 words in it, so begin here.
Then fill in the 12-word proverb (again, there is only one of these).
Then fill in the 11-word proverb (again, there is only one of these).
Then look at the three-word maxims.
