The Alabama State Capitol is the state capitol building for Alabama, and is located in Montgomery, Alabama.
The current capitol building temporarily served as the Confederate Capitol while Montgomery served as the first capital
of the Confederate States of America in 1861, before being moved to Richmond, Virginia.
