Objectives:
The student will compute the length of an arc.

1. Collect homework.  

2. To compute the Length of an arc:

   Think of it as summing up an infinite number
     of hypotenuses of right triangles. 
   In the diagram below, to find the length of the arc AB,
     find the length of each hypotenuse and then add them 
     up.
