Sibling Rivalry

Four brothers spent an afternoon at a computer store.   Later, Ken said to Billy, "Did you notice that Sam and I spent the same amount of money as you and Pat?"

Billy replied, "No, I didn't, but I did notice that Sam and I spent twice as much as you and Pat."

Pat said to Billy, "That's nothing.   Sam and I spent three times as much as you and Ken."

Assuming that all purchases were in exact numbers of dollars and that no one spent less than $45 or more than $500, how much did each brother spend?
