Whaleback Light

Whaleback Light

The 50-foot high Whaleback Light is the least glamorous of Seacoast lighthouses.   It sits in the middle of the Piscataqua River and is built of granite and unpainted.   Whaleback was erected in 1863.

Gram and Pops visited here in July 2017.
