This activity is intended for Algebra I and Geometry students studying the following topics:
Lines, graphs, midpoint formula, distance formula, slopes, intercepts, and parallel and perpendicular lines.
Solving each of the twenty problems (or clues) enables the student to fill in the seating chart with the names of the mathematicians. So, the student must use logic as well as her knowledge of lines and related topics to complete this puzzle.
