Humorous Anecdote to Accompany The STORY
Chapter 23
Jesus' Ministry Begins

What cars did people drive?

In Psalm 83, the Almighty clearly owns a Pontiac and a Geo as the passage urges Him to "Pursue your enemies with Your Tempest and terrify them with your Storm."

Some scholars insist Jesus drove a Honda, but didn't like to talk about it: In St. John's gospel Christ tells a crowd, "For I did not speak of my own Accord..."

Meanwhile, Joshua's "Triumph was heard throughout the land."   It obviously had a hole in its muffler.

And, following the Master's lead, the Apostles car-pooled in a Honda because as scholars know, "The Apostles were in one Accord."

Do you know that John the Baptist rode a Toyota?

Well, he is the forerunner of God!

What kind of car does Jesus drive?   A Christ-ler, of course!
