Golden Gate National Recreation Area is the largest urban national park in the world. It is not
one continuous locale, but a collection of areas in and around San Francisco.
It contains Muir Woods National Monument, Alcatraz, Point Bonita Lighthouse, Stinson Beach, China Beach, Fort Point National Historic Site,
Cliff House, Crissy Field, Fort Mason, Lands End, Fort Funston, and others.
