Petrified Forest National Park

Petrified Forest National Park is really two parks in one.   There is the Painted Desert and the Petrified Forest.   There are three Visitor Centers: Painted Desert Visitor Center, The Painted Desert Inn, and the Rainbow Forest Museum

There is a 28 mile park road that offers overlooks of the Painted Desert and the Petrified Forest.   There are also hiking trails to take and picnic areas.
